As an audio person with years of experience in recording, I remember coming across some strange phenomena about voices being recorded in empty rooms with no one present. Somehow today, it all came flooding back in a rush of color...
My first experience with "ghostly voices" was a recording of children playing in an abandoned schoolhouse. I can't remember where I saw or heard this, only that it stayed in the back recesses of my mind. After searching the net, I never realized how popular these mysterious voices have become. Raudive Voices has an interesting take plus lots of fun tests you can take to test your ESP abilities. The few audio samples there are pretty weak and hard to understand. Ghostly-Voices has many good recordings for you to listen too. Some are hard to understand though most will leave you with an creepy feeling. Do I believe in these "ghostly voices" or mystery recordings? I would think that since most science imitates nature, that, mother nature sometimes acts as a big tape recorder - often recording images and playing them back later, what most people call ghosts. Again, it's only an opinion. So, break out your own tape recorder or buy one from a flea market...leave it in a cemetary or empty building...then press your ear close to the speaker - wouldn't want to miss any ghostly voices now would ya?

| I saw a movie called the Amityville Horror. The house was oozing black goo from the interior walls, and when the residents there were so freaked out, the house yelled 'GET OUT!!'. [ Reply to This ]
